This project is a full modern home renovation featuring three bathrooms, a kitchen remodel, and new hardwood flooring throughout. Each bathroom carries its own elevated design, from a gold herringbone walk-in shower downstairs, to a classic white tiled tub shower in the second bathroom, and a spa-inspired primary bathroom with vertical wood-look porcelain tile for a clean, natural aesthetic. The kitchen blends modern warmth with rich brown cabinetry and crisp white slab surfaces that extend through the backsplash and oversized waterfall island, creating a sleek yet inviting focal point. 

Designed with a cohesive modern style in mind, the layout flows seamlessly into the light-filled living room, enhanced by the continuous hardwood flooring throughout the home. Overall, the design balances modern sophistication with warmth, making it perfect for a growing family.
